  We live in a developed science and technology, food rich era. Filled up with wide variety of snacks in the supermarket, the store is also filled with exquisite packaging food. Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, everything is complete. But, viruses, bacteria followed here.

  In my opinion, a healthy diet should consist of mainly meat and some healthy vegetable that does not have a high amount of starch.

  Last night, I ate a lot of food, such as KFC and ice cream, before I slept, I ate some cold food in the fridge.
